Example of decision on admissibility of further substantiation in reply as a timely deepening of earlier arguments: "The rules of procedure recognise in Rule 32.3 RoP, for good reason, the possibility of further elaborating on one’s own submission depending on the response of the opposing party, because the defence of the opposing party to the submitted auxiliary requests [...] is not entirely predictable [...] The principle of procedural economy allows the parties [...] to avoid repetition [...] As long as these conditions are met, these are not new auxiliary motions that would require approval by the court under Rule 30.2 RoP."
