Rule 113: Duration of the oral hearing

Example of a decision where the president of the court can set deadlines for the parties’ pleadings before the hearing: "In accordance with Rule 113 of the Rules of Procedure – Duration of the hearing, the Presiding Judge may set time limits for the oral presentations of the parties prior to the hearing. This hearing will last from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the latest, including the preliminary introduction of the case by the Presiding Judge of 10 minutes and the two 20-minute breaks between each first part."
