Rule 19Revision by the Registrar

1. If the Registrar considers the petition for review to be admissible and well founded, he shall rectify his decision. 2. If the Registrar does not rectify his decision within one month of receipt of the petition for review, he shall forward it to the President of the Court of Appeal who shall decide on the petition for review.
